The kids made it through their first full week of school. Our little kindergartener may have almost fallen asleep on the bus on the way home a few times but thankfully he’s got his big bro to tell him when it’s time to get off.
We’re back in the full swing of things with sports, school events, and football Sundays! Our crew of friends are getting together every Sunday to watch the game, eat and just have fun.
I can’t stop singing the theme song from The Perfect Couple, it’s so catchy! And I’ve also been practicing as if I’m auditioning for the opening credits, what do you think?
We just got a new Seven Brew Coffee in our area and it’s soooo good! You’ve got to try the Pumpkin Blondie.

My top beauty products under $10. See em here.
The -Ber months are here and here are some ways to celebrate September and the start of cozy season.
It’s officially soup season. This zucchini sausage soup is perfect to transition from end of summer to early fall and use up the last of your zucchini from the garden. Click here for the recipe.
This apple, brie and hot honey flatbread is THE pizza of fall. Click here for my recipe.
What I’ve been watching this week:
Secret lives of Mormon Wives on Hulu. It’s full of scandal, drama and I am just so intrigued.
Born Evil: The Serial Killer and The Savior. If you love true crime, then this is a must watch about serial killer Hadden Clark, and the bond he had with a cellmate who he thought was Jesus himself.
What I’m reading:
The Pumpkin Spice Cafe by Laurie Gilmore – If you’re craving a book with all the fall feels, try this one. It’s full of romance, coffee house vibes and the author’s last name is Gilmore. So need I say more?
Recent Amazon finds
I just got this and it was your best seller this week!
It’s been in the 80s and it’s still Princess Diana bike short season. Linking my fave bike shorts and whole outfit here.
