Nesting

Nesting on the first Saturday of February.

Good morning from your crazy deer lady friend. If you haven’t been following my Instagram stories, we have been leaving food out for the deer in our yard. What started as one or two deer, (one that I affectionately named Jane Doe), turned into a huge herd. The boys love it and my camera roll is now all photos and videos of my deer babies 🙂

Did you watch the Olympics Opening Ceremony last night? I always get so choked up watching all of the athletes come in. You can feel their immense pride. Looking forward to watching curling, figure skating and downhill skiing. What’s your favorite winter sport to watch?

But I’m dreaming of spring and ready to start planning my garden. Stay tuned for some spring gardening posts.

Speaking of spring, this spring stamped book set is the cutest addition to your shelf or tray decor. Check it out in my Etsy shop.

Oh, I am a deer lady, too! We have always have a herd that live in the 18 acres that surround us…and YES! we live in the city! We don’t put feed out for them, but they often enjoy my hostas and flowers! Thank you so much for sharing my cocoa stirs…I’d love to see yours if you make them!
