Halloween Yogurt Bark
This Halloween Yogurt Bark is the perfect festive treat! I made mine with yogurt with pumpkin, googly eye sprinkles, M&Ms and yogurt covered pretzels but there are so many other toppings you can choose from! Freeze and store in an airtight container for when you need something sweet.
- 4 cups yogurt (I used vanilla but you can use any flavor)
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- Googly eye sprinkles
- yogurt or chocolate covered pretzels
Line a baking pan of baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pour the yogurt onto the covered pan and spread out evenly.
Scoop the pumpkin puree in several little dollops on top of the yogurt and swirl with a butter knife for a marbled effect.
Top with your toppings.
Freeze for at least 4-5 hours, even better if it's overnight.
Break up into bark-like pieces. If not eating right away, store in an airtight container in the freezer as it does melt.
