Spring is finally here! In Upstate New York, you never know what the weather will be. The mornings can start off damp and cold and by the afternoon it can be sunny and 70 so layering is key. This spring wardrobe capsule has some great transitional essentials and timeless classics that you can wear year after year. What is a wardrobe capsule?

A capsule wardrobe is a collection of clothing items that can work together to create multiple different outfits. For this capsule I chose a lot of neutral, classic pieces that never go out of style so you can get the most use out of them. Think basic tees for layering, button down tops, classic jeans, linen blend dresses, etc. This is just to get you started and certainly you can add your own personal style to it.

Oh spring is on it’s way. The days are getting warmer, the birds are chirping and I am getting the itch for that spring refresh and to start my garden. I’m sharing a few of my favorite spring finds below. I’m loving all things greenery, faux bunnies, and using decorative cloches or bowls to display seasonal fillers.

Here are a few of my favorite Spring Finds.

Wreath – I love the simple greenery of this wreath with the nest symbolizing spring is here.

Mossy bunny – this little guy is perfect for tablescapes, tray and shelf decor

Faux tulips – these have the best reviews and look so real! They would look gorgeous in the vase below.
