Pumpkin cold foam
If you’re not familiar with it, basically pumpkin cold foam is a foamy creamy topping bursting with pumpkin and fall flavors on top of your iced or cold brew coffee. It quickly became my addiction last fall and I set out on a way to learn how to make it at home.
How to make pumpkin cold foam coffee
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 Tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract or a shot of Torani french vanilla syrup (I like to use vanilla extract if you don’t like it as sweet)
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- dash of salt
- cold coffee
Directions
In a small bowl or glass, combine all the ingredients above except the coffee.
Using a milk frother or an immersion blender, whip all ingredients until it thickens.
Fill a separate glass with ice and pour your coffee.
Top with your pumpkin cold foam and enjoy!!!!
