Halloween Yogurt Bark

Halloween Yogurt Bark

This Halloween yogurt bark is such a fun and festive treat! Yogurt with some pumpkin swirled in and covered with googly eye sprinkles, yogurt covered pretzels and M&Ms. If you want to be a little more healthy, top with fruits and sneak in some veggies. Because honestly I could add the googly eye sprinkles on anything and the boys will eat it!

Scroll below for my Halloween Yogurt Bark recipe! And I’m sharing more fun Halloween ideas on the bottom!

Halloween Yogurt Bark

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups yogurt (you can use any kind or flavor, I used vanilla)
  • 1 cup of pumpkin puree
  • Googly eye sprinkles (linking them here!)
  • M&Ms
  • Yogurt covered pretzels

Directions:

  1. Line a baking sheet or pan with parchment paper.
  2. Add the yogurt to the covered baking sheet in and spread out evenly.
  3. Scoop the pumpkin puree in small dollops on top of the yogurt and swirl with a butter knife for a marble effect.
  4. Top with your toppings.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours but overnight is even better!
  6. Break into pieces and serve (if not eating right away freeze as it melts). Freeze the leftovers in a container.
