This apple pear fall sangria is made with white wine, crisp apples, pear vodka, cinnamon and rosemary for all the warm flavors of fall.
This makes a delicious and beautiful cocktail for all of your fall gatherings and for the holidays as well. I serve chilled in a gorgeous glass pitcher for a fabulous presentation but you could also serve warm too like a mulled cider in the crockpot.

Warm and gooey pumpkin baked brie is an easy appetizer that you’ll want to make all fall long and through the holidays!
If you’ve been following for awhile you know that the way to my heart is with cheese. In fact, bread and cheese are my love language. This past weekend it was in the high 70s/80s but it was the first football Sunday and I was craving all the fall comforts. So I lit a candle, played my autumn playlist (click here for the playlist) and made myself a gooey wheel of baked brie filled with warm pumpkin apple butter.
So what is baked brie exactly? First you bite into this crispy, flaky puff pastry that is filled with oozing brie cheese, melted to perfection. It’s really good paired with some crackers or apples and the addition of the warm pumpkin butter makes this perfect for the fall or the holidays. If you are addicted to pumpkin cold foam coffees from Starbucks then this post is for you! I’m sharing my recipe to make your own at home so you can skip the lines. Pumpkin cold foam
If you’re not familiar with it, basically pumpkin cold foam is a foamy creamy topping bursting with pumpkin and fall flavors on top of your iced or cold brew coffee. It quickly became my addiction last fall and I set out on a way to learn how to make it at home.
How to make pumpkin cold foam coffee
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 Tbsp pumpkin puree
1 tsp of vanilla extract or a shot of Torani french vanilla syrup (I like to use vanilla extract if you don’t like it as sweet)
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
dash of salt
In a small bowl or glass, combine all the ingredients above except the coffee.
Using a milk frother or an immersion blender, whip all ingredients until it thickens.
Fill a separate glass with ice and pour your coffee.
