You will need:

Directions:

1.) Go through a box of Lucky Charms cereal separating the marshmallows from the cereal. This is an easy way to have your kids help you and practice their sorting.

2.) Prepare your pancake mix as you normally do and add a few drops of green food coloring. I added 4 drops but you can add more if you want your pancakes to be a darker green.

3.) Make your pancakes and allow them to slightly cool.

4.) Top with whipped cream and the Lucky Charms marshmallows.

How cute?

The Ultimate Chocolate Guinness Milkshake

St Patrick’s Day is just around the corner! I’m not Irish but isn’t everyone on St Patrick’s Day? Today I wanted to share with you all my recipe for these delicious, Ultimate Boozy Chocolate Guinness Milkshakes.  This is the best adult milkshake that has ever touched my lips!

In college, beer was never my drink of choice, lets just say I was more of a Captain and Diet Coke kinda girl.  I remember the night I was out at the bar with Rick, he was drinking a Guinness and he said “take a sip, it tastes like a chocolate milkshake.”  I don’t know what kind of chocolate milkshake this kid was referring to but it was far from that creamy chocolatey goodness I was all too familiar with.  So in the spirit of the holiday of my husband’s Irish ancestors I decided to make my own Chocolate Guinness Milkshake.

The combo of Guinness and chocolate is delicious, making these go down way too easy!
