This whipped burrata with hot honey and peaches is creamy, light and the perfect summer appetizer for all your parties!
Burrata and peaches is one of my fave combos for the summer time! Who remembers that amazing summer stone fruit and burrata salad I made a few years ago? Recently we got together to celebrate my sister’s engagement and I was in charge of the appetizer. I literally whipped up some burrata, spread it on a platter with some hot honey and served it with prosciutto wrapped peaches. It was to die for! I’ll share my super easy no bake recipe below.
Whipped burrata with hot honey and peaches
Ingredients:
- 2 containers of burrata (4 balls total, drained)
- 5 peaches, sliced
- 2 packages of sliced thin prosciutto
- salt/pepper
- hot honey(to drizzle)
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios

Directions:
1.) Start by whipping the burrata. Place the burrata in a large mixing bowl and mix until soft and creamy.
2.) Spread the burrata on a platter or serving dish.
3.) Next prepare the peaches. Take each peach slice and wrap with a slice of prosciutto.
4.) Add the prosciutto wrapped peaches to the platter.
5.) When ready to serve, drizzle some hot honey on the burrata. Season with salt and pepper and top with some chopped pistachios.

Enjoy!!!!

June 21, 2025 at 6:44 amI have never heard of burrata before I had to look it up and it looks delicious, I bet it goes so well with peaches. Unfortunately, I’m not a fan of prosciutto but my family like it.
