Who doesn’t love carrot cake? This recipe is for the easiest carrot cake dip. All the flavors of the most delicious carrot cake, without the baking, made into an amazing dip. Scroll down for my recipe.

If you’re on dessert duty for Easter or maybe just looking for something sweet, this carrot cake dip is where it’s at.  All the flavors of the beloved carrot cake in minutes! I love it with some vanilla wafers or graham crackers!

The easiest carrot cake dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 8oz block cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 8 oz container of Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup walnuts

Directions:

1.)  In a mixing bowl combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, crushed pineapple, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice, mixing until creamy.

2.) Fold in the cool whip.

3.)Mix in the shredded carrots and walnuts.

4.) Serve in a bowl and garnish with some extra shredded carrots and walnuts on top. Serve with vanilla wafers, pretzels or sliced apples.
