In fact, when I was pregnant with both boys, I craved it and would go through a watermelon a day. So when I saw this watermelon salad with fresh cucumbers and feta I knew I had to try it.  I dream about it all year when I can make it for summer and you will too! Not only are watermelon and cucumber both really refreshing and pack a satisfying crunch, but they are low calorie, super hydrating foods for the summer months. Love a watermelon salad. I usually add a few olives to mine as well for some oomph. Visiting from Sherry’s Pickings linky.
