4 New Year’s Eve Champagne Cocktails
1.) Pop in your mouth Champs
This cocktail looks just like confetti and is fun for any celebration!
Ingredients:
- Agave
- Pop rocks
- Champagne
- Sprite
Start by rimming your glass with some agave then roll the rim of the glass onto a plate of pop rocks. Fill your glass with bubbly. Add a splash of Sprite for an extra punch!
2.) Pretty rock candy Champs
Pretty and sweet! This was my last year’s New Year’s cocktail and is perfect if you want to feel fancy.
Ingredients:
- Agave or honey
- Edible gold glitter (I’ll link it here)
- Champagne
- Rock candy stick (linking some here)
Rim your glass with agave or honey then roll the rim of the glass onto a plate of edible gold glitter. Fill the glass with champagne or prosecco. Add a pretty rock candy stick.
3.) Festive winter bubbly
This is the easiest most festive bubbly drink for the holidays.
Ingredients:
- Champagne
- Pomegranate aerils
- Sprig of rosemary
In an empty glass, add a spoonful of pomegranate seeds. Fill the glass with champagne. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
4.) St Germain Fruit Spritz
This is floral and bubbly, and not only would it be a fantastic New Year’s cocktail but a refreshing spring or summer drink as well! If you haven’t tried St Germain it’s a delicious elderflower liqueur and it pairs beautifully with champagne.
Ingredients:
- Italian ice (I prefer lemon flavor but strawberry works well too)
- 1 shot St Germain
- Champagne
In a glass, add a scoop of Italian ice and 1 shot of St. Germain. Fill the rest of your glass with champagne.
Cheers to a happy and healthy 2023 my friends!!!

December 30, 2022 at 2:26 pmWe are a stay-in and celebrate in PJ’s kind of family. I may need to add one of these to our celebration. It would be fun to pair with our Chinese take-out.
Happy New Year, friend!
