Nesting on this last Saturday in October and Halloween weekend-
We have a weekend full of Halloween parties and Trunk or Treats. When did Trunk or Treats become such a big thing? I still love the idea of going door to door trick or treating and can’t wait to sneak some of the kids candy. The Reese’s are my fave!
But in all honesty, who will be putting up their tree next week once Halloween’s over?
You may have noticed something new on the blog – I’ve finally got Ads!!! Yayyy! This is another way for bloggers to monetize and often you have to have so many pageviews in order to qualify for ad space so thank you all!!!
It’s sweater weather and this sweatshirt was the top seller this week. I think I need one in EVERY color.
And lastly, I have to tell you about my latest morning beauty hack. I got it from someone on TikTok and I can’t remember who. But if you wake up in the morning and are feeling a little puffy, rub your face with an ice cube. Not only does it help with the swelling but will perk you up too! Then I follow with my moisturizer. You can use my code OURTINYNEST at checkout for a discount on all Tula products!
Here’s what happened on the blog this week:
I shared how to make these Pumpkin Bread Bowls for your soups and dips. Isn’t it so cute?
It was another great Weekly Wednesday Link Party with fantastic ideas to get ready for Thanksgiving and more!
These ghost lanterns are an easy DIY and I got everything from The Dollar Store!
And now for some of my favorites on the web this week :
Since we are heading into Christmas season, check out the predicted Christmas decor trends this year. Which one do you like?
Heidi from The Eleanor Rose blog made this beautiful wreath out of star anise. I love how neutral and rustic it is.
This cheesey pumpkin shaped pull apart bread from Tatertots and Jello is calling my name!!!
For those of you who love all things Nancy Meyers, and if you loved The Holiday, you can stay at an exact replica of the cottage here.
